Lime Crime Lipsticks

If you follow me on Instagram, you know I really like Lime Crime Lipsticks. The colors alone will draw you in, and the sweet vanilla smell is great. The Packaging is unique and cute. Their trademark unicorn can be captivating but after the 3rd use, I barely notice it anymore. But I do adore the purple tube. The shape reminds me of MAC lippies but with character. 

Of course the purples had me at hello, but the other colors are exciting as well. Now to wear them all as everyday lippies...that's up to you. But for fun and kicks put on a green or yellow, or heck mix them and get a whole new color just for you. 

The Pigmentation is awesome. Very opaque! As I am a WOC my lips tend to alter some lip colors just a bit, but with these lipsticks 2 swipes gave me a good color payoff. I always prep/exfoliate & moisturize my lips especially when using bold colors. I find these to be nice and creamy. I have heard they can be drying but I haven't had that issue. 

My only issue is the staining. I don't buy or use anything that says "lip Stain" personal reasons...I HATE THEM.  But of the few of these that I own only 2 of them stain my lips CENTRIFUCHSIA & POISONBERRY. I guess that is to be expected they are the darkest ones I own. Even after priming my lips with lip primers from MAC or TOO FACED, and lip balm on top of that. My lips were still stained. Even moving into the next day...ANNOYING!
