My July 2011 Beauty Faves

So as we all know..It is HOTT!!!! I can't stress how uncomfortable it is...lol! ok enough complaining. I kept this month super simple. No foundation, not even tinted moisturizer. I guess that is good because it gives my skin time to breathe. But when I did "put on a face" These are the things I reached for!

NYX lipgloss in #104 SweetHeart

This is a pretty beige/peach color. It has a frosty finish and like all NYX glosses it is not sticky. It can really finish a look wether dramatic or simple. I paired it with the following lip liners...

Coastal scents 28 Natural Palette

This is a great palette for beginners and pros alike. I keep this in the front because I have been grabbing this over all others. For more of my thoughts and a look /video I did click here

L'Oreal Double Extend Mascara

I had individual lashes on for about 2 weeks and as they came out so did some of my lashes and my lid was sore. I began using this and noticed a slight but important difference; my lashes no longer shed or broke off. The mascara was not clumpy and my lashes were fuller and longer!

Swatch Time: Jesse's Girl

While visiting my local Rite Aid, I see one of my favorite brands as put out some new products. Jesse's Girl . I have not tried any of their Baked Eyeshadows Singles, but this palette caught and held my attention! 9 baked eyeshadows are included, and to my knowledge (and searching their site) It is my understanding that some of these are new colors!

As you know I love their eyedusts and have been eager to try their single eyeshadows. Now I have nine to play with!

Coastal scents

For a great way to get many eyeshadow colors for little money, I love Coastal Scents. Their palettes are pigmented and last a long time. You can get 88 colors in one palette for around $20 can't beat that.

I have finally gotten all of my makeup in a 10 drawer organizer, which allows me to get to all my makeup. Using a file holder I now have my CS palettes within reach. I have been drawn back in the use of these products and love the outcome.
